1 Year Warranty
Thank you for choosing cafunejewellery. We are top manufacturers, creating handcrafted, responsibly sourced and durable pieces. We are confident in the quality of our products and therefore offer a 1-year warranty. The following is a detailed description of the warranty:
I. Warranty Coverage
- Any quality issues arising from manufacturing defects under normal use, such as: loose gemstones or loose prongs, missing pavé gemstones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chains.
II. Non-Warranty Coverage
- Damage caused by human negligence, abuse, incorrect use, unauthorized modification or repair.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches during daily wear, and appearance changes such as discoloration due to contact with chemicals.
- Inappropriateness due to the customer's own incorrect size measurement is not within the warranty coverage. However, we will do our best to provide you with a paid service for adjusting the size.
- The warranty does not cover the complimentary gifts.
- For gold-plated Jewellery, the fading of the gold-plated layer during use is a normal phenomenon.
III. Warranty Process
- During the warranty period, if you find any quality problems with the product, please keep the product and all its original packaging and related certificates.
- Contact our customer service team and provide us with the purchase account, product photos and detailed problem description.
- Our customer service staff will conduct a preliminary assessment based on the information you provide and guide you to send the product back to the designated address for further inspection and repair.
- After confirmation by our professional inspectors, if the problem is within the warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the same or similar product for you free of charge.
IV. Warranty Period
From the date of your purchase, you will enjoy a 1-year warranty service. Please be sure to keep your purchase account to determine the start date of the warranty.
