RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for choosing Cafune Jewellery. As top manufacturers, we create handcrafted pieces that are sourced responsibly and built to last.
We are pleased to accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the delivered product.

 

Return Authorization
Please contact CUSTOMERCARE@CAFUNEJEWELLERY.COM to obtain return authorization.

Please do not send goods directly to our shipping address. You can communicate with our customer service team first, and explain to the customer service that you need to return the goods, and we will provide you with corresponding services.

 

Inspection Process
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect your item within 5 business days to ensure it complies with the guidelines in our Return & Exchange Approval section.

  Our company adopts a three-level supervision system to ensure that the products will not be missed or under-delivered. For the report of under-delivered products, a certified third-party certificate is required to reissue or refund the payment. Our company does not accept the unilateral application of the customer for refund and reissue.

(Third party certification method: 1. Notary office certification 2. Inventory the goods with the freight company personnel when receiving the goods. If there is a shortage of goods, please ask the freight company to issue a certificate)

Return & Exchange Approval

 

  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and free gifts with purchase.
  • All sale items, sample sale items,Bridal & Engagement series,personalized styles, and custom orders are final sale.
  • Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the purchased items are damaged or have been used.
  • We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.

 

Return and Exchange Process

 

  1. If you decide to return or exchange goods, please email our customer service team within 14 days and provide the relevant order information.
  2. The customer service staff will provide you with the return and exchange address and guidance.
  3. Pack the goods properly as required by customer service and choose a reliable courier service to send them back.
  4. After we receive the goods and confirm that they meet the return and exchange conditions, we will handle the return or exchange procedures for you.

 

Notes

 

  • If the product is returned without quality problems, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee; and we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of sending freight and handling fee.
  • For exchanges, the customer needs to bear the shipping fee and handling fee for the exchange($20). If customs duties arise, they also need to be paid according to the actual situation.
  • Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.
  • If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return. Cafune Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items in the mail.
